Patrick Elia

Hi, my name is Patrick Elia. I’m a 4th year psychology student. I’m interested in various areas if psychological research. Most recently, I have been looking into gender bias in the workplace whether that be during the hiring process or decision making. I’m really interested in Dr. Wax’s lab because it offers me the possibility of learning more about creativity in groups and the different factors that account to said creativity. In my free time, i enjoy watching movies and TV shows. I still hold a grudge with myself with not going to a Taylor Swift concert in Washington after being offered a free ticket.
